kulekta
ay Makakakolekta sana ng LGU ay maaring aabot sa 104,060.00 buwan-buwan na RENTALS (di kasali dito ang business licences at cash
tickets tuwing market day) kong magbabayad ng husto ang lahat ng mga
“resources” na nasa compound ng public market.. sa kasalukuyan ay may
collection lamang tayo ng P25,000.00 monthly.

No. 6 Series of 2011 ay P500.00 monthly ang bawat room, but since wala
pa daw “dialogue” ang LGU sa mga occupants ay di pa ito naipapatupad.
Isdaan o Fish section, sa nagpapabili ng isda dagat dalawa lang na stall ang may
lisinsiya at sa isda sa tabang ni isa ay walang kumuha ng business permit. 18
ang stalls na dapat sana ay magbabayad ng 250.00.

monthly rental per stall- may apt (4) na kumuha ng business permit o lisinsiya.
12 stall din at apat lang may lisinsiya.
Manuk o Chicken Section – P275.00 monthly, isang stall ang kumuha
ng lisinsiya. 6 at isa lang may lisinsiya.
Gulayan o Vegetable Section (kasama na ditto ang buladan)–
P100 monthly rentals per stalls-
Dry Goods Section – 20 stalls with business permit-50-100 ang
monthly ang bayad sa ground rentals.
Cafeteria Section – bagong building- 32 stalls P42 daily kasali
na ditto ang water connection/payments, building rentals cash ticket na 2 piso.
9-10 lamang ang regular nakakabayad ng full ang iba ay paliban-liban. Ang
makokolekta sana kong straight ang bayad araw-araw na 42.00 equals P1,344.00 x
30 may total na 40, 320.00.
14 rooms ang Hataman buildings, at ayon sa napag-alaman natin
ay posibleng sa June 9 ang inauguration,
ang rent ditto ay 1,500 ang monthly sa 14 na rooms ay makakakolekta tayo ng P
21,000.00 monthly..
Sa average na actual income ay
napag-alaman natin sa collector na si Marlon Dimaocor na umaabot lamang ng
P25,000 buwan buwan ang nakokolekta sa buong market. di pa kasali ang cash ticket sa mga bolantero
kong Sabado, na araw ng palengke.

CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF UPI
Section 5H.02. Market Sections.
For purposes of t his Article, the public market shall be divide into
the following sections:
1) Fish Section - fresh fish, clams, oysters,
lobster, shrimps, seaweeds and other sea foods or marine products.
2) Meat Section
- fresh meat from
cow, carabao, goat, sheep, pigs, etc.
3) Vegetable Section and Fruit Section - All kinds of vegetables fruits and
root crops
4) Dry Goods and Grocery Section - Ail kinds of textiles, ready to
wear dresses anc apparels, kitchen wares, glass wares, school and office
supplies canned goods, sugar, rice and other preserved goods.
5) Eateries and Cooked Food Section -
All kinds of cooked food including refreshments and cakes.
Section 5H.03. Imposition of Fees.
There shall be collected a monthly space rentals from tiendas or stalls
around the market compound and bus terminal building with the following rates:
1) Market tiendas outside the Municipal
Market buildings (this applies to private building or houses surrounding the
public market) rental per square meter, per month…………………………..P 10.00
2) Market stall on government building No. A, B,
C, and D the following collection shall be made every month:
For the first and last door of the market

For all the second and
